The hotel offers exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms, with an excellent location near the beach, BIC, and town center. However, the rooms smell musty and old, indicating a lack of maintenance. While the service was friendly and courteous, there was an issue with contacting the car owner. The location is convenient, within a short walk to the beach and Bournemouth Pier. The dining experience was pleasing, with good quality food but could improve, and the facilities are satisfactory.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, but being right next to the dining room entrance with lots of traffic was a downside. The service varied from rude to very friendly, which was a bit confusing. The location was superb, close to all attractions, but slightly noisy being at the top of the hill.
